Return & Refund Policy – REDSKY

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid order ID and proof of purchase are required.

Certain items like perishable goods, personalized products, and clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at redskyrajkot@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification.


3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email us at redskyrajkot@gmail.com.

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label or pickup instructions (if applicable).

  • Products must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been shipped yet.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for a return after delivery.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at redskyrajkot@gmail.com.
