Shipping Policy for REDSKY

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (within India): 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (within India): 1-3 business days

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. For remote or non-serviceable areas, we will contact you if delivery is not possible.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.


5. Damages & Lost Packages

REDSKY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at redskyrajkot@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.


6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our services.
